Two Weeks In. Where Are We?

Three weeks of content are out. We started with environment setup before the coaching officially kicked off: VS Code, Docker, the debugger. Then two weeks of actual workflow: Custom Instructions, Skills, debugging flows, cleanup passes. Some of you have worked through all of it. Some have read parts. Some are still catching up and that's exactly why this week is a slow one.

Before I write anything new, I want to know where you actually are. Not where the schedule says you should be. Where you are.

So I put together a short survey. It covers your current setup, what you've actually taken away, where things got hard, and what you still want from the next five weeks. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes.
