Week 6: the seven minutes that tell us whether this actually worked
Six weeks in, the real question is not which topics we covered. It is whether your daily work changed. Here is the anonymous seven-minute audit that answers it.
🎯 Goal this week: close the loop. We run one anonymous seven-minute audit, and then we wrap up the program. That means champion follow-ups, the guideline, and a clear plan for what comes next.
Six weeks ago we set out with a clear goal, and it was never that everything would suddenly run through AI. The goal was to enable each of you one step further, to improve our base setup, and to make your daily way of working better. That part worked. We all moved forward, even if keeping the motivation up got harder toward the end. So now that we are at the finish line, the honest question is not which topics we covered. The real question is how you see it, and where you still see open points.
This is surprisingly easy to get wrong from the inside. You can sit through every session, nod along, and still have none of it stick. The opposite is just as common. You quietly start saving an hour here and two hours there, and you never tell anyone. From where I sit, I cannot tell those two situations apart. The only way to know for sure is to measure it.
